Jeff, Long time listener, first time poster. Thanks for sharing the raw emotion. I grew up in the ”there’s no crying in the fire service” era, which, fortunately, has changed over time to one of caring about the mental health of our firefighters. I am humbled by your courage, faith, and life’s journey. One thing to think about is that maybe YOU are that one in a million happenstance to someone else. Godspeed and safe return my friend.
